Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Running K9.

Due to the nature of canine supplements and consumable products, opened products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@runningk9.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Wholesale and private label orders may be subject to separate return terms.
